A covered front porch welcomes guests to this typical small-town two-story. It's similar to homes built from the early 1900s across America. A kitchen extension was added at the back of this house and the roof was changed from shingles to metal.

A clothesline is included for energy efficient sun and air drying. Kit features laser-cut basswood, cardstock, styrene and plywood parts with positionable doors and windows. Tabbed construction eases assembly.

Interior walls and floors are included.
