Novelty 2022: Variant of the class 260 in the version of a type 260 diesel locomotive of the SNCB in Era III. The PIKO model is convincing due to the successful mold construction without disturbing mold separation edges and the coherent implementation of all relevant details of the prototype. The PIKO model of the shunting locomotive has straight, precisely aligned platforms, a buffer storage for silky smooth shunting runs without unwanted power interruptions and lighting by means of LEDs. The cab lights and the front and rear lights, which function depending on the direction of travel, can be switched digitally with PluX22 decoders. Featuring a die-cast zinc frame, the heavy model has a five-pole motor for excellent driving characteristics and high tractive forces. The model has a PluX22 interface, thanks to which the retrofitting of a digital decoder can be realized in a few simple steps.
