Atlas Master 53' Rebuilt Well Car is based on cars rebuilt by lengthening 48' all-purpose well cars which were rendered surplus when trailer and container lengths jumped to 53' in the 1990s. The cars feature a die cast metal body, fine scale details including train line air brake hoses, etched-metal walkways and applied separate grab irons. These 53' well cars ride on metal wheels and come equipped with body-mounted magnetic knuckle couplers. They're perfect for adding variety to your late-2000s and later intermodal trains.
