A must-have for many modern HO Scale eastern U.S. Amtrak trains, the ready-to-run Kato Viewliner II Baggage-Dormitory car is based on the cars built to replace aging Heritage Fleet cars on many Amtrak runs. Used for passenger luggage and crew accommodations, these cars are operated on eastern long-distance trains using Viewliner cars. This car, based on CAF-built prototypes, features interior details, appropriate trucks, an exterior finish that matches other Kato cars and magnetic knuckle couplers. This Kato Viewliner II car includes factory-installed interior lights.
