Designed to move materials within a steel mill, the Universal Steel Mill Car kit builds a typical heavy-duty reinforced flatcar with low bulkheads used for all kinds of service on steel mill railroads. This easy-to-build kit includes injection-molded parts as well as appropriate trucks with metal wheels and Kadee(R) knuckle couplers.
