Almost all towns have one - an old boarded up house that the neighborhood kids think is haunted. Based on an actual prototype in St. Louis, this model features richly detailed hydrocal castings, plastic windows and doors, laser-cut glass that has bullet holes and is shattered. The complete, easy-to-understand assembly and weathering instructions will help you create the perfect eyesore for a neighborhood on your layout.
