The Walthers Cornerstone HO Scale Framed Ranch Tract House is typical of standardized design homes constructed by the thousands in the postwar era. Designed to make it easy to add several non-identical homes to your neighborhood, this easily customizable tract house kit includes two different styles of front doors and large front windows. The Framed Ranch Tract House will look great in any 1950s and later suburb.
