The PIKO new construction of the TGK2 "Kaluga" corresponds exactly to its chosen prototype in all characteristic details. The small locomotive is distinguished by excellent slow speed characteristics in the shunting area and can thus be perfectly used on the model railroad, for example, on sidings of industrial plants. The detailed and robust model has a zinc die-cast frame with sufficient tractive effort for realistically long model trains, a clear view of the driver´s cab, driver´s cab lighting, extra free-standing door handle bars and handles, and a digitally switchableLED white/red light change that can be switched digitally depending on the direction of travel.
