The PIKO model of the T679.1 is distinguished by an exact realisation of all relevant details of its prototype and convinces with finest painting and printing, attached grab irons, sharply engraved bogie covers, engine room equipment, standard installed driver"s cab and engine room lighting that can be digitally switched with a PluX22 decoder and tail lights that function depending on the direction of travel. The powerful five-pole motor with two flywheel masses provides excellent driving characteristics. The model has a digital interface PluX22 according to NEM 658 and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible loudspeaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
