The tree blank is painstakingly handcrafted from up to 40 individual wires. While several wires twisted together form the sturdy trunk and stable main branches, just a few wires are used to create the finest twigs and delicate branch tips.
The tree’s framework is then naturally colored and carefully flocked with materials of varying textures. This way, the trunk and sturdy branches remain visible, while the finer branches are covered in a dense, rich-green coat of needles.
As a result, each spruce is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece with its own unique character.
