Novelty 2021: The FS D.145 diesel locomotive is a PIKO model of an all-Italian vehicle that will delight collectors of exceptional European locomotives with its striking appearance, wide range of use, and excellent driving characteristics. The D.145 from PIKO impresses with the finest paint and printing, the exact shape of the housing, attached grab irons and sharply engraved bogie covers. The light change is white/red depending on the direction of travel by means of LEDs. The standard cab lighting and the direction-dependent tail lights can be switched digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The five-pole motor provides excellent driving characteristics with two flywheel masses. The model has a PluX22 digital interface and is prepared for easy retrofitting with sound and the largest possible speaker. Brake hoses for retrofitting are included.
