Novelty 2023: Set of two DB short-coupled conversion cars with a 2nd class car and a 2nd class car with luggage compartment in Era IV. Unlike the prototype, the PIKO models of the three-axle conversion coaches do not use existing parts, but an expert model was completely redesigned. The scaled vehicles reproduce the original exactly down to the smallest detail. Individually attached handle bars are just as much a part of the contemporary design as flush-fitting, crystal-clear windows and detailed interior furnishings. The loving design is also continued on the car floor. It convinces with free-standing lines, a filigree brake linkage as well as shunting handles and metal catch irons. Just like the prototype, the PIKO conversion cars are sold as close-coupled pairs and, thanks to the precisely guided close-coupling kinematics, have a prototypical distance between the cars. The cars are rounded off by the optionally available interior lighting.
