Siemens Venture series HO Scale passenger cars from Bachmann are based on the next generation of medium-distance passenger railcars for North America. Prototypes currently see use on Amtrak state-supported services in the Midwest U.S. and in California, while VIA Rail Canada has introduced the series on corridor services in eastern Canada. Venture Car models have been developed in collaboration with Siemens, using original design documentation to ensure prototypical accuracy. Coach, Business, and VIA Cab Car configurations are available. Features include highly detailed, painted bodies with precision graphics fully furnished and lighted interiors road-specific exterior configurations dual mode DCC-operated horn, bell, and brake sounds, as well as headlight, ditch light, and marker light functionality on the cab car magnetically operated E-Z Mate) Mark II couplers and blackened machined metal wheels with RP25 contours. Cars are designed for 22′ and larger radius curves. Siemens Venture Cars are part of the line of Bachmann HO Scale passenger cars and equipment.
