Novelty 2025: DB AG class 101 electric locomotive with Tessin advertising imprint in Era VI. PIKO has perfectly reproduced the exterior design of the three-phase locomotive in the 1:160 scale of the class 101. Details such as the single-arm pantographs of the DSA 350 type have been delicately reproduced. The sharply engraved bogies behind the low aprons round off the visual impression of the locomotive perfectly. A powerful centre motor provides propulsion in the model. Two brass flywheel masses on the motor shaft provide excellent synchronisation. The locomotive also has two diagonally arranged wheels with traction tyres for good traction. In the sound version, the BR 101 has a matching decoder ex works.
