Novelty 2023: Print variant of the Rh 1100 of the NS in Era IV. The PIKO Expert model of the Dutch State Railways (NS) class 1100 impresses with successful mould construction, harmonious roof curves and many applied parts, such as fine insulators and pantographs, free-standing grab rails and stairs. The model has the matching lamp moulds, sharply engraved bogie covers with realistic spring pack reproductions and faithful reproductions of the buffer planks. The lighting is done by LEDs. The driver"s cab and engine room lights as well as the front and rear lights that work depending on the direction of travel can be switched digitally. The heavy zinc die-cast frame and the motor with two large, precisely balanced flywheel masses provide excellent driving characteristics and high tractive forces. The model has a PIKO sound decoder as well as a large loudspeaker.
