Novelty 2025: Variant of the V43 as a modernized V43.3 of the MÁV in Era V. The colorful version is extremely detailed and prototypically engraved. Inside, the locomotive has robust drive technology paired with state-of-the-art electronics. The model has a matching PSD XP sound decoder with a large loudspeaker ex works and impresses with a variety of digital and sound functions. The model bears the “fits mfx®” quality mark. A new “fits mfx®” quality mark was introduced together with Märklin and other manufacturers to make digital decoders reliable for all users of the current Märklin digital command stations. This can only be used by digital decoders that have undergone and fully passed a special mfx® test. These decoders and also the locomotives in which they are installed bear the “fits mfx®” quality mark, which certifies unrestricted mfx® functionality. This means that PIKO products with the “fits mfx®” logo now also fully support the diverse functions of mfx®.
